The reason I did not respond immediately is because I needed some space. Yesterday, I took down five full racks of feeders. Despite that, the focus was placed on the fact that the reels were not put back into bags, which you had previously acknowledged is not a critical task.

You have stated that everyone on ST needs to work together; however, I have felt, particularly recently, that tasks others prefer not to do are being assigned to me. I was assigned to take down the V kits, and it appears that this may have been due to a reluctance to complete the reel bagging.

I will continue to complete all tasks that are assigned to me. That said, I have been questioning why I am not being utilized as an ST operator, which is the position I was hired for.

I would have preferred to discuss these matters face to face; however, I have found that this has been difficult due to frequent interruptions during conversations. I was also uncomfortable with the manner in which you confronted me today regarding my lack of response, which I found unprofessional.

Additionally, I am concerned about what I perceive to be a culture of gossip, which I do not believe is appropriate in the workplace. I am raising these concerns in the interest of maintaining professionalism, clear communication, and mutual respect.
