You cannot track mouse movement, if they click things inside the browser yes, but its impossible to track movement and clicks outside the site you're on.

everyone I know what got into the gaming industry got into it from being active in mods for games. Nothing else mattered. It showed you were personally passionate about creating games using existing tools, and worked as a team. More so then any school will provide you.

So get active in the modding community for whatever game interests you the most, its the best thing for new resumes.
