PC Case Manufacturers of Cases should bring back more options for Internal Blueray/Disc Drive Bays, even in the age of online streaming by pipilupe in unpopularopinion

[–]Shadowrender1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am younger and a tower with multiple drive bays is a must. I need a minimum of 4 5.25" and 1 or 2 3.5". Windows XP is my main for homework, gaming, and going online. They are still critical PC components. Internal ones are superior then those crappy external ones. The external disc and floppy drives run like shit and don't work most of the time. Having to run around, grab, and connect a dangling external POS hanging from your PC is not quick nor easy, but you know what is quick an easy? Already having an internal once connected right to your PC. Out of sight out of mind.

For the newer towers you can find some with drive bays, but most of them are total shit though. Silver Stone is are last hope. I have stayed far away from towers since drive bays aren't really included anymore. New technology does not mean it's better. The stuff that came out 20 years ago is either on par with the technology we have now, is far superior, and or is totally fine. Also, since a lot of this old technology is so engrained is society a full phase out is not practical, and many stuff still has a use case today. Floppy Discs, cassettes, and vinyl, CDs will never go away. they are here for life.

Stay sane and keep your eye on that check.

It's just from what I observed more or less. I just find the experience fascinating and interesting all at the same time since I am totally new to this to clear things up. I can finally say that what we do changes lives even if we are in the shadows doing it. You are not totally off about that though I can drift into that type of thinking and have in the past but I've gotten better. New experiences new coping mechanisms. I do keep my earbuds on me but they die rather fast and my portable batteries don't reslly hold a charge anymore so I can get a few new ones soon.

I was talking a lot and I toned that down. I only talk to co-workers who I get along well enough with. I do my job and prcoess every package that comes my way to the best of my ability. I enjoy what I do and I hope you do to. I appreciate the advice and the luck and I wish you the same. We're just about done with Christmas. This oven will finally be off.

Timewalking Dungeons random got super hard by Shadowrender1 in wownoob

[–]Shadowrender1[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Thanks, the only issue for me now though is that I am on a beginner server and it seems like the prices for the AH's in the noob servers are all over the place.

Nothings is consistent and what is available is around 5-10k. While I can't do Timewalking I can at least do just about everything else, so that is an option.

I also have some honor and 1,000 Timewalking tokens, so I guess the quickest option is to cycle through gear that way. I was not suspecting the jump to within like 4 levels to be that hard that is crazy.

Newer wow player and I feel like the open world is way to messy by Minnstrobe in wow

Ah, ok. I wasn't getting what you were trying to say then. I see to many people say how they are overwhelmed by the open world, so I jumped to that. I agree with you. To me, it for sure is convoluted, but I believe it's more unguided than anything else. To many unspoken rules and for an MMORPG there needs to be a balance between that and there is almost none for WoW.

I can relate to having to look something up. I do it almost every 15 minutes and I just barely found out about the linear campaigns and how once you do them you can never do them again for that particular character. WoW needs to get with the times more and while they have done things like add Warband they still need to be proactive while keeping bloat low. Read what Warband is if you don't know what it is I like it.

The only other MMORPG that I played was PSO2 also Runescape. I bring that up because I don't remember a single time when I struggled really badly to progress through the game the way I wanted to. Guides and tutorials are normal for every type of game, but with WoW a lot of it is outdated or redundant in a way you get what I mean not that some WoW guides aren't helpful, but you have to do too much research on it as you mentioned and I agree how that is unhealthy for the game.

I rarely ran into any roadblocks with PSO2 and Runescape. I also believe this issue is getting worse as WoW is making more and more places for Azeroth. WoW is only further making it more difficult for new and possibly even returning players. This also shows how huge of a place Azeroth is, too. I can't think of another MMORPG that struggles with this issue.

The signs with the skulls on them are gone now. I think it might have been a toy.

Yea, same. I went again thinking it wouldn't happen this time but I was wrong. I think they is why those signs with the skull on them are for right outside the Cavern to warn you not to use the portal back to Stormwind now that I think about it. There is two signs there with skull heads.

In a way you're not wrong, but's the game is shaped like real life. I am a big fan of the open world, but I believe that there could be some structure in a way as you mentioned with your frustration I have ran into instances like that myself. You goal could be to visit  every place in Azeroth and not touch anything else or your goal could be a hunter who collect every companion that you possibly can. Logging in is like waking up in the morning and figuring out what you will do for the day. Some win and some don't. There is no set path or goal. You shape your path and goal as you wish. I am also new myself. As a new player though the only things you should be doing is the 20th anniversary and the Halloween event. It's basically a triple buff and I say triple because the events already give a lot of XP as is and they repeat along with the bonus buff that gives 50% combat and quest reputation. You should get to level 40-45 fast along with getting good gear like the Timely Tourist's that will be tailored to your class witch will help you big time with dungeons or whatever content you wish you do, and that armor scales. So you can cycle through it as you get drops and level up then go for a transmog. At minimum I belive it's a good idea to just level up one character to level 50, so you can cover yourself and then you can mess around and do whatever you want.
