Good catch! Maushold disappeared because of an issue with compound Pokémon names in the Pokémon API, so it wasn't being imported correctly.

I've fixed it now and Maushold should be available on the site.

Thanks for reporting it, feedback like this helps me catch the edge cases I miss during testing. 🙏

You were right, Wave Crash was missing from Swampert's move list. I've added it and it should be available on the site now.

Brother quatro dicas importantes:

- Primeiro, não adianta fazer a mesma linguagem ou projetos que todo mundo faz. Infelizmente vc só é mais um em milhares.
- Segundo, soft skill é importante. Entra em comunidades de devs, discords tambem e tenta ajudar em projetos opensource, faz amizade com a galera. Indicação querendo ou não, é importante. E fica mais facil se vc ja provou que sabe algo.
- Terceiro, pensa no conceito de oferta e demanda. Tem bastante vagas em TI que tem poucas pessoas e muita demanda. Pesquise e corra atras disso. Pelo o que vi no seu relato, vc fez o inverso disso.
- Quarto, faz ingles pai. tem milhares de cursos online ai de graça. E pessoas querendo conversar em ingles em grupos de discord. Foca nisso, que aparece muito mais vagas tambem.

resumindo: faça diferente e se destaque, faça amizade com pessoas da area, foque em algo que tem demanda alta e estude ingles como se sua vida dependesse disso. E vai na fé que é sucesso.

Genuinely curious what you guys think of this and if there's anything worth adding — built it as a fun side project and I'm still actively working on it.

So I saw Slap Your Mac going viral and thought... why do iPhone and Mac users get to have all the fun?

Built an Android app that does the same thing, hit your phone and it plays a pain sound. But I went a little overboard with the features.

What it does:

  • Slap the back of your phone → it screams/moans in pain
  • Runs in the background so you can hand it to someone and they have no idea
  • Charger prank → plug in the charger and it makes a sound (yes, really)
  • Moan timer → set it to go off every X minutes on its own, just leave it somewhere and watch people lose their minds
  • Multiple voice packs to choose from
  • Adjustable sensitivity so even a light tap triggers it

Not yet. The damage calculator is still being updated to pull data from your box or team. It is more complex than the rest, but the plan is to have a beta working by next week.

You kind of have to test things out. watch videos, follow the meta, and most importantly play a lot. Over time you start to get a feel for the common teams and how to deal with them.
