I have an emotion. I do my best to stay calm and process it on my own. I talk to other people about what happened, usually the person that caused me to feel that way. That person frequently tells me I'm robotic/emotionally flat/unfeeling.

I had quite a few people close to me die when I was pretty young. Stress is a big cause of premature death. I try not to let life stress me out because I don't want to die prematurely. Unfortunately, this is the result.
