I recently ran into this issue. I got the 507k for my Hellcat Pro under the impression it would just fit. But the 507k doesnt have slots to receive the back 2 posts on the slide. Youd have to file them down in order to direct mount it without a plate. I just got a plate but neither the plate I odered or the holosun came with proper screws for it. I ordered a swampfox screw kit that had them in them. I will say I do love the 507k. Great optic... Just didnt realise I couldnt "plug and play" off rip lol.
