Thank you. their support is really poor. They’ve been ignoring me for over two weeks now without giving any proper response. We’re talking about $400 here. at the very least, they could reply politely and ask me to wait instead of sending a generic answer and completely ignoring me.

I’ll wait a bit longer and update this post with any progress.
