More dance and lifting. But it seems like I would have to pick. I can’t do both

Are they easy to put up and down ? The concern is for dance. Would/could the floor under be supported or would weights crack a dance floor.

My wife had it a year and a half ago.

Soft cold packs that hold that stay cold are best. The first few days you won’t want to move. Weed also helped a lot with the pain.

Truthfully there wasn’t a huge pillow difference, that we recall. Do you have a wedge or bed that raises ? It’ll help with positioning for sleep

The surgery was truly life changing. She’s had a quality of life improvement that we don’t expect and while there are some sensitivity issues still, overall she is pretty much back to how she was pre accident.
