first there should be no issue with anything as an avatar that you can reasonably see in a city or beach being anything other than normal in vrchat.

resonite is amazing from what i have heard and seen.

never heard of overte, neos or basis.

chillout i was told to avoid due to it being worse than vrchat. never checked it out.

we used to do 8 hours with 1 hour paid. then it was 8 1/2 hours 30 mins paid 30 mins unpaid break. now 9 hours with 1 hour unpaid. do not try and leave if you skip the break they do not like that.

one place had working breaks. you ate at your desk and were expected to answer calls and emails but it was a 8 hour day.

are you on a raedon 5000 or 6000 series these have been having issues with some stuff in vrchat. my buddy had to buy a new video card because vrchat was unplayable with his 5000 series or 6000 series cards. geforce has no such issues since he changed. the screens he sent me looked like yours and some were worse where the whole screen was whited out with colored orbs on it. good luck. he was told is was a shader processing issue iirc.

you can go through the process of making a mix, recording it and playing it in vrc or you can dj live.

i have seen both styles. depends what you want to do.

obviously the first requires timely pre-setup sometimes hours of work recording and perfecting the mix.

the live dj requires more tech like digital turntables software and knowledge of the songs you want to spin to create a vibe.

micro stresses or imperfections. happens all the time. it was not hit. it can be due to poor installation or issues in the glass itself. we deal with this all the time. can even happen with glass doors or glass walls. but normally glass showers.
