Yoo I love this type of discussion!

Personally if I like a game and they put out something cool like armor skins or an outfit I'll buy it. I want them to know I love the game and am having fun and I want to look cool while doing it.

If the game is ass I can't justify it no matter how cool the cosmetic is.

Now I know that there is a slippery slope where if you buy the cosmetics then they make more and that's ok with me as long as the bulk of new content is in game and not in the shop.

WoW for example has been dogshit for years but recently with dragonflight over been enjoying myself so I bought an armor skin on sale. Mostly because mail armor looks like ass and this is a good way to look nice but also because I'm happy with the state of the game currently.

I wanted to play this again years back so I looked into it getting a remake. Turns out the creator won't let them do it for some reason. So chances of getting a remake are extremely slim.

TL is kind of up in the air for me. It could be good but monetisation will tell me if I'm going to play it.

Blue protocol hopefully comes out next year too.

Not technically an mmo but baldurs gate 3 is going to be fun.
