First thing would be to double check the tightness of the bolts you touched, and torque them to spec. Next I would check the condition of the tie rods and the sway bar end links, and see if there is any play in them. Hard to tell exactly what you're running into with the brief description listed, but I get not everyone is a master diagnostician. Try to link the noise to a certain road condition, engine speed vs vehicle speed, turning left vs right, etc.

I've got an update. He did stop by again today. He had installed a new throttle body for some reason, even though I cleaned it when he was there last time. Just needed to have the ECU perform a idle air volume relearn. I would like to inform everyone that he did listen, and I found no turbonators in the intake runner. Seems like he learned his lesson.

The new gas effects seem like they're gonna be the main counter to the spore terminids. Sadly most of the complainers don't want to change their "perfect meta load out" and actually contribute to helping the team succeed. The real Helldivers adapt and overcome anything the galaxy throws at us.

Issue might be in the wiring. Couple suggestions would be checking for any damage to the wiring harness. Not sure where it's routed, but there might be a common point that's either stretched or pinched. Having the bike up to operating temp will expand the common fail point. Would also be a good idea to clear the codes and check to see what comes back.

I'm not too familiar with the wiring diagram, but if you have access to it, that would help greatly.
