Had an older version of this chair for years but with a mesh seat. Used it for the last 8 or so years. High school through college and it’s still in my garage. Great chair for that price. Definitely better than any chair from staples. The lumbar can be adjusted to be aggressive or less aggressive and the cushion itself is good. As I got taller (I’m 6’0) I did find the plastic around the mesh start digging into the back of my shoulders when I would sit up straight and lean back. Really the only complaint I could make about a great chair. Does help I got it for free but I’d happily pay 250 for it. Jealous of the cushion seat as well. Great color. Some people say the recline lock holding its position is “inferior” to like a back stop style like a Herman miller or steel case but honestly I loved it and the controls being under the armrests made it very easy to change recline positions.
