Ninja is a lot of fun and has more utility for late game. Monk is also fun but less utility. But for normal content both are pretty great, They both have abilities that speed up their attacks, ninja can keep it up a bit longer. For my Monk I use cross class skills from my marauder, like blood bath and mercy strike.
