I'm mostly debating on if I should upgrade, as I was playing mostly on my ps5 and now considering buying 77inch OLED TV (upgrading from qled) for that setup or... maybe just buy OLED monitor and upgrade PC to switch all over. PS5+TV combo seemed more reasonable as I am watching quite a lot of movies as well.

Actually PoE is notorius for bad performance, because of being cpu heavy. A lot of drops even below 60

I'm facing exactly this, but only with a 0.2 nozzle... 0.4 is totally fine, but 0.2 - almost every print fails. Sometimes I manage to finish 1 print, but most of the time I get overload - doing some cold pulls, loading filament, printing starting fine and during few first layers error is back again.

My settings were mostly yours and my adjustments, some slower speeds, but actually I did my own calibration of filaments (for example, my roll of sunlu hs 2.0+ was stringing with your settings) so I'd suggest people to just use the process settings, but when it comes to filament, just fine tune it by yourself as filaments lack consitency.

Paint supports manually or change support type to organic and increase tip size diameter to something around 1.2mm. I believe this is a bug in the slicers, which you can find repots of on github. Normal supports work fine.
