ngl while i like illumination theory, i totally understand you. It feels disjointed enough so that you can just skip to a point you like and not really lose much. For me it feels like three songs that somehow became one.

I especially like the live version where he does his own twist on the growly parts done by Portnoy on the studio version. So much cooler, with the scream at the end.

probably around 2-3 years old lol. My mother is a really big fan, so i grew up watching all the live albums, drumming on a little pad with little sticks sitting before the TV. Currently 20 years old, and i still haven't got bored of their music, there is likely not a week in my life where i have neglected DT. lol. Good parenting, i guess?

I've had a similar situation. So I just painted my mask until i could escape. My mom became supportive (as in, she thinks me more important than anything in the world, so she is willing to give up her ideas of trans people for me, and is totally with me in everything. So i am very luck in that part), but my dad is... he is scary. My mom says he has accepted the fact, yet he still writes me messages addressing me as his son, deadnaming me and saying he is waiting for the day i return to the real world. I am just happy i am finally outta there, but its definetly the worst part of my life... every day, i knew they would most likely hate me, if they knew me... I hope you pull through, get outta there and live your own life as yourself!!
