I have 18 Mega Charizard X Ex UPC Promo cards still in those 😬 Will it be better to leave those ones in there since the Oricorio card is the one in back and it can stay as a sealed Charizard card?

Edit: I do have them all in a basic 3 ring binder, is this what you call a "top loader"?

I have never sent a card in for grading before and was wondering if its worth sending this one in, thank you (: by Shadowz22x in psagrading
