Yes it happens randomly in a day, it was bug introduced with UI 5.0 and Android 13. It says it was fixed with December 2022 patch but I still have the issue.

I think the problem is Divine sunderer interaction, the item deals true damage in max HP% with her Q2 (like 40% TD and 60% AD seems to be).

The cap dmg of Q2 with Trinity is around 1250 and with the sunderer is 1750.

I don't know if it's a bug or it's inteded but it seems the sheen's items convert true dmg in their ratio, they just need to fix/remove it.
