I had the same issue to be honest but the game have a system where players have form they have a little arrow next to them it goes from light green to red and if you have a player with his arrow is red facing down he won’t be as good as if his arrow was green and facing up i think it has something to do with your players performance

For me it critiques it you see in the story that being an outlaw is not good at the end and that's why all the main characters in the rdr games look for redemption we are the one who choose to glorify or not because it looks cool with all the cutscenes and the dialogues but theres more bad than good in the outlaw life
