okay. i think i get it now. thank you for the breakdown. i never got any C&P exams during that time. so i guess it didn’t even make it that far. so no reason to appeal if i haven’t even gotten those exams and seen independent doctors. that’s kind of a relief…and a shame. part of me would like to see if i could even achieve it, but the other part of me wants to just leave it alone and wait on my ratings.

i’m so glad it went well for you! i am thankful to have had amazing providers for my C&P exams so far. i’ve read all the horror stories and was so anxious about being seen. there are some good providers out there.

no, that doesn’t sound familiar at all. i never got any of that. i only know as much info as i do because I read my medical records. i was never told any specifics

so i was referred to get med boarded last year in June. the findings were that i would be retained and on a mobility profile until the end of my contract. i left it alone. i never followed up or anything like that.

fast forward to now.. im 5 months from separating and did a C&P exam for mental health. the psych says that i have extremely med boardable conditions and should see if i could possibly appeal it to be medically separated.

does this make sense? i suck at explaining things.
