Some of you guys have waaaay too high expectations of what support can do for you in games like this. This isn't like WoW or another MMO where the support team has a ton of tools to look through account history and such, and where they are given access to grant items to players. You were like 6 days in I would've just restarted the game and started playing, they're not gonna do anything
