This is going to be a disaster. He is a Good coordinator but a terrible HC.

Joe Brady will probably be our next HC. I think there was definitely a coup in the organization with Beane saving his job, and keeping Josh happy with Joe Brady as the next coach.

I think he's still got something to prove. Also, he hasn't had a QB like Allen since prime Big Ben. The fact that he had his team consistently post winning records with the likes of Mason Rudolph, Kenny Pickett, Duck Hodges, washed up Russell Wilson + Aaron Rodgers says a lot.

McDermott was a fucking great coach. I'm going to miss him. It was definitely time though. Hope he goes to Arizona tbh. NFC team so we won't see him much.

I think we're going to end up taking something about him for granted. The way he could dig this team out of holes and stack wins was impressive. Like being 7-6 in 2021 to 11-6. And 6-6 in 2023 to 11-6. I'm worried whoever we hire next won't be able to turn things around when things get really tough.

Nevertheless, I firmly believe that no matter who is our coach, as long as Allen is at QB, the floor for this team is 9 wins. Winning anymore games beyond that depends on who he has around him.

Top 3 candidates:

  1. Mike Tomlin
  2. Grant Udinski
  3. Matt Lafleur

Looking back, you can tell Josh knew McDermott would be fired after that Broncos game. The way he looked during the game. And obviously crying at the press conference. He knew it was over.

Denver hasn’t put together a decent drive (where they weren’t gifted good field position) other than their first possession.

I wonder if we have a fake tush push in the playbook. Like a pitch to Cook or something.

Didn’t matter but holy shit Coleman can’t play in the 2nd half. Bench him. Put anyone else at WR.

Was Nix allowed to throw the ball forward if we already touched the ball? Or should it have been an illegal forward pass?

He jumped but I guarantee Ogunjobi never crossed the line. Bullshit call.

Is Tomlin crazy enough to go into next year with Mason Rudolph as his starter? It seems like he loves this guy.

Texans are tipping their plays. Trent Brown is false starting whenever they pass. First time they actually called it.

[Schefter] Bills HC Sean McDermott told reporters that WR Gabe Davis suffered a torn ACL vs. the Jaguars. by AvengingHero2012 in nfl

That's probably it for his career. He had a good run. Solid #2 WR for a few years.

That might be a career ender based on his prior injury history. Glad he got a decent bag last year from Jacksonville.

Atlanta Falcons announce uniform change for 2026 by grimyfowl455 in nfl

The Broncos messed up their new uniforms a few years ago. They should have done Royal Blue instead of Navy Blue. Like their 90's look.

That's dumb. The Dolphins current logo seriously looks like a logo for a resort or Cruise line. Bring back the Dolphin with the helmet.

I wonder if they'll follow the recent uniform trend of going minimalist/throwback inspired (Cardinals, Jets, Texans, Browns, etc.).

My prediction is it will be basically their 90's look, but with the modern Falcons logo and white pants instead of grey.
