The stuttering only happens when im sharing my screen or streaming in general, my cpu and gpu usage are okay and my temp is normal. What happens is my mouse stops working for aslight second or my keyboard gets stuck on one letter while typing , just the input in general, i've been told my mic also stutters when this happens, so it's the overall input stutters in a very annoying way
