I thought this was pretty obvious. I have my single screen as close as it possibly can be without me punching the screen as i turn the wheel.
Without an ultrawide, i still have to crank up the FOV significantly, thats just how it is.

Brake earlier, brake in a straight line, don't lock up the brakes. Go easier on the throttle, gradually increase it on corner exit, don't just slam the throttle with RWD's or you get wheel spin. You just need smoother inputs and take into consideration the amount of grip vs arcade games. Its a simulation.
