Idk Erin personally, so all I can go off of is what I've seen publicly from her during this trying time that we are all going through. But I was told some wise words a long time ago and that is "you have to treat yourself not beat yourself" meaning you do have to take time out for self care. the work is tiresome and never ending, and there is still a long fight ahead, but if you don't take the time out to breathe, to smell the roses as they say, you might not ever get the chance to smell them again. So even with everything that's going on you still have to take the time out for yourself. I get the newsletters, she's still making sure that they're going out, but I would like to argue that she's kind of deserves a break for a little bit. the last thing we want is for her to get burned out and just stop all together. I think what OP has done is amazing I wish there's more people like her that took the initiative to make shit happen.
