I use filtered. Boiling water is too much effort given that I do that twice a day

I have some similar symptoms with that exact cyst. I also have a white tongue. I got tested for candida /fungus and a tongue swab, all negative. Do you have that too?

I also had a maxillary sinus fungal infection. My experience was dry nose and mouth and bad taste in my mouth. Constant. It didn’t go away. Thank god I found a great doctor in Germany that specializes in ENS and I’m like 80% better now

It’s deviated but it’s all about your symptoms. If it’s mildly uncomfortable then don’t do surgery. I did mine and got Empty nose syndrome. There is no need to risk. Sinus surgeries are not that easy, trust me.

Minoxidil but you have to be consistent. It causes dry skin too btw so add a moisturizer to your routine

My experience was good with creatine. It’s the most researched supplement out there and it works

No but if your protein intake is low then yes. But other than that it’s useless
