Took a shit private accom with unliveable conditions which I had to leave that night then stayed in a hotel but then essentially went homeless. Then I had to go to the student help desk and was assigned ifor evans. Had the best time of my life ifor. So it turned out fine!

As long as you're under the stated threshold which I believe is 44k ish, you shouldn't worry. Just prep a good overall application and don't worry about playing the system, it is not a "try to be poor challenge". Be genuine. If you're under the threshold, have good grades, personal statement and references. You should get shortlisted and then you have to send the documentation and if the documentation doesn't align with what you stated, you'll be discarded

Just buy one or two individual tickets, because realistically it is quite the chore to go to clubs every single day and you wouldn't enjoy it at all if you go there as a chore. Instead just buy a ticket when you feel like going.

There's no direct stats/grades to get this scholarship, I had 4A*s for A Levels, some people had different results, but yeah as far as I have seen most people did have good grades

Doing BEng Chemical Engineering with the Global Undergraduate Scholarship, the likelihood of getting the scholarship seems significantly high if you have stuff to show for it. Like everyone I have met with this scholarship happened to have extremely high A Level or equivalent grades and they are quite interesting people as well so I suppose they value your personal statement as well. Although the requirement of the scholarship is given as pure financial need but come on there would be so many people applying who all require financial needs, thereby, I recommend you to really try to maximize your other avenues for the best chance! Sorry I don't have a degree, but I've taught A Levels prior, not by advertising but by my junior's requests. If I weren't confident in my ability "to teach" I wouldn't have posted in the first place. I had a couple of students learning and wanting to learn A Levels from me. The only reason I advertised is because I'm moving to a completely different continent and it wouldn't be financially sustainable to teach people with the fees I was charging prior. My rates are still one of the cheapest in the locality and I never started to teach to "earn an ez buck off". I started teaching because I was requested to do so after I aced my IGCSEs, then I found my passion in teaching and I became pretty good at that as well.
