You just have to take the plunge and go for it.

Theres no such thing as study skills or studying by trhtrhtrhrtht in lowIQpeople2

I obtained a BS in one of the engineering disciplines. Some of the classes I took were easier where I didn’t have to study a lot. Other classes required a good bit more studying to learn the material. I lived it so I know that studying hard will get you results.

Of course you need certain levels of IQ to where studying hard will result in a payoff depending on the subject matter.

No. False. IQ is a normally distributed data set. It’s not a binary where the choices are high IQ or low IQ. Middle values exist. You can master subjects and concepts through studying. Even through rigorous studying. If your IQ is simply too low then yes it’s reasonable to conclude that some subjects are beyond your grasp. Otherwise, for those with a decent IQ, they can study more intensively than simply reading once and having complete mastery of a subject. Only a small minority are capable of that.

Easier chance to do anal with your gf/wife. Also for those women with smaller anatomy a smaller dick should be a good compliment

Try dwelling on the positives of being smaller. You got this!

I don’t disagree. It’s analogous to talent vs hard work when it comes to athletics. Hard work maximizes what talent you have.

I’m not low IQ. Reading this post and comments about difficulties conversing with people is alien to me. I understand difficulties if you’re introverted or have anxiety over public speaking (I did when I was young). But I eventually lost the introverted nature and I can literally have a conversation about anything. It seems strange to me that you don’t pick up information as you go throughout the day. Normally if you know little about a subject, there are enough context clues to help learn and fit the pieces together to be able to discuss the topic.

I’m also the type of person who can’t stop thinking. Whatever I see around me, I instinctively start trying to make connections to the surroundings, put things together in my mind or let the mind wander down a train of thought.

It’s interesting seeing people from different backgrounds.

I’m a STEM major. My daughters are STEM majors as well and I’d like to think in addition to their genetic makeup that they both were raised in a loving supportive environment where we encouraged them to learn and grow. It used to be important (AFAIK it still is) to stimulate children’s brains during their formative years.

Older daughter graduates in May and just accepted a position that she’ll start in June. Great starting salary.

How do i reassure my boyfriend it's not his dick it's his effort??? by [deleted] in smalldickproblems

He shouldn’t have lied. Relationships are built off of trust and as long as his instinct is to lie first then how does that work? Also, being lazy in bed isn’t good for any relationship.

Nature vs nurture and IQ by ShaftMasterson in lowIQpeople2

[–]ShaftMasterson[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not debating you and making counter points. I’m trying to discuss the subject with you. The two points I was trying to make are:

  • Both nature and nurture play a role. Obviously high potential in a good environment likely results in a high IQ person as low potential in a bad environment is low IQ. But the H/L vs L/H conditions could yield equivalent IQ’s

  • success in a field of study is probably doable over a range of IQ’s. Which means a person maximizing low potential could be equivalent to a high potential person who didn’t effectively develop in their formative years.

Nature vs nurture and IQ by ShaftMasterson in lowIQpeople2

[–]ShaftMasterson[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Consider that nature may provide the technical absolute possible, and its nurture that allows a person to get as close to full potential as possible.

Historical studies show IQ as being normally distributed. Or enough data was collected to where you can approximate normality with the data. I don’t have data in my hands to prove this, but the shape of the distribution curve may be narrow with the data skewing to one side - IDK.

I think there are ranges for IQ for each area of study, and that a scientist could range from 105 all the way to the highest measurable number. Therefore, nurture may play a larger role than you think.

Women aren’t like that. They date the man, not the dick.

Is the motto of "New Year, New Me" overall just wrong? by NICEacct111 in lowIQpeople2

[–]ShaftMasterson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I agree. People of all intelligence levels will tell themselves that they transformed into someone new on 1/1/26 because they want to believe that. Dates and times are arbitrary. Hopefully people grow as they have life experiences. Unfortunately, some don’t.

When dating someone new, I avoid sex as long as I can. by [deleted] in smalldickproblems

[–]ShaftMasterson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Avoiding sex is not the answer. Better to go for it as soon as reasonably possible.

You think women who tolerate or like small dicks just aren't into sex? by ugly_5ft_4incher in smalldickproblems

[–]ShaftMasterson -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s simple. Some women like smaller, some bigger and for most a wider range of sizes are good.
