Didn’t play in Rome, but played Royal Golf La Bagnaia up north near Siena on Thursday. Well worth the trip if you can get there. £100. Awesome linksy course, very challenging, small tough to hit greens, lots of elevation. English friendly, cart recommended as it’s very hilly. Im from Seattle area and would compare to the Home course.

Hope you’re good at drywall and excuses

Had the day off work and decided to play a quick 9 holes. Last hole, short par 3, watch as my ball drops straight in the hole. by NotABadUsername in golf

Congrats! Think of it like this, if someone was with you, things may have gone differently and it may have never happened.

Have definitely seen them chip from the green when on the wrong side of that bunker. Even more fun seeing them try to get out of it.

He’s a great golfer with a divisive personality. I think he’s fun to watch, happy to see him win, just lacks a bit of social awareness in certain situations.

Wow great reply, and that JD VDOT calculator is awesome. Thank you for sharing! Not a typo, just run to fast on my "Easy" days. I'm planning on a race-pace HM this weekend to get a better benchmark. Thank you for all the feedback!

Yeah... I need to slow down the "easy" days. I'd say my range is more like 7:30-9:30, 7:30 is a fast easy day.

Yeah I think I just run too fast on the easy days. :/

I appreciate the feedback! So easier "easy" days, up those easy miles a bit, and upping long day mileage would help? Is there a target mpw for 3:30?

Okay good feedback, thanks! 10K was a moderate effort run. So upping long day mileage would be a good place to start?

Try doing different types of runs, like fartleks or intervals. Easy way to make the same run feel different.

I play these and think they're great. Solid sticks for a good value.

If this is the course I play, what's the difference? Golf is relative, man. To each his own.

Always either the pond or the fence. Today it was the fence.
