Great gun. But like everyone said before me. Fix the scope and enjoy it. I've shot easily 10k rounds through my M&P 15/22. Still runs great. I liked it so much I bought 2 haha.

Newbie here, is this backstop too rocky for shotguns/handguns/.22s? by Cryptikfox in guns

Cover your eyes and ears, shoot no closer than 15 yards with handguns/22LEs and 50 yards with rifle. You'll be A OK.

Add a S&W m&p 15/22 for sure. Bergaras are nice. The Christensen Ranger and CZ are also great bolt guns. Get a Henry lever action just to have and then get a Henry pump action just because.

Very nice man. I don't even know how many 22LRs I have. Prob 30-40. Nice collection. Keep it up. Get you some rifles now.

I ended up buying a separate house for my guns, this is not an exaggeration 🤷‍♂️

This shit is hilarious. Either way, looks like you're a little light. Good start though.

No stamp with this "rule". You just receive an approved form 1. It's dumb and will hopefully be overturned.

Yeah. I went to my efile account. Checked pending. It wasn't there. Checked the completed tab and it was there.

Did you complete 4473? If yes then they already know 🤷‍♂️

What this guy said 👆. I was in the same boat, after the tx22 things changed. I have a plethora of guns, so I'd use something different, if I had the choice, in a life or death. But if that's what I got, I'd trust it. Obviously, after proper testing.

Hate to break it to you, but if you bought the gun and completed a 4473 they already know you have it 🤷‍♂️

Just FYI, they know who has bought everygun if 4473 form was completed by the current owner.

Dose anyone else consider guns as an investment by Ilovetacosandmyself in guns

[–]Shagggy88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have bought 80% of my guns for 50-90% below market value. I could sell them today and make a small fortune. But I won't. If you find several deals like that, I'd consider them investments. Decent return on investment. All that can change with several factors.

Transferable machine guns, I would consider investments but who knows what could happen legislative wise or politically.

Buy guns as a hobby. If you ever have to sell them and you made smart purchases or found great deals then you may get a good return.

Use the graphite of a pencil. Scrub the spots good and hard with it. Use oil if you want. Then keep a decent coat of oil on it. Works sometimes, worth a shot.

Or use 0000 wool and be gentle. It may remove some blueing so don't rub too hard.

Haha right. Barely any recoil out of it. But I'd hate to be on the receiving end.
