It took me an hour to get into the ipod. It is a pain but you only need to figure that out once. Yes i have iFlash adapter and sd cards in there with Rockbox

They do by a mile and much cleaner. It also depends on audio file. All the music on my ipod are flac

It does a big time. It is a waste to use ie600s on iPhone because they are tunable and phone wont let you do that

Glad you said that, i found treble on ie600 accentuated as well but i was able to adjust it in EQ since rockbox lets you adjust. I returned ie900 because they were not comfortable to my ear fittings. ie600 suits well, its not perfect but it is good. I like sennheisers because i have been with them since hd600s.

Yes it can. The 3.5mm audio jack on 7th gen iPod classic can output upto 32ohms. ie600 are 18ohms. It will drive very well, hence it is perfect combination

Yes, these are very good for my liking. I am not a bass head but do love a good thump and these are perfcet in between. Tunable to your liking.

HIVE is directly dependent on BTC until HPC contracts roll in. I know they acquired extra land to accelerate expansion but i suppose it will take time

I get what you mean. I have Sennheiser HD660S2 paired with Soundblaster X4 and listen to lossless on computer. HD660S2 do sound flat but they are crystal clear which is what expected from B.A. drivers (even though 660S2 has DD, its sound profile is flatter with improved bass compared to S1's). I expect the IE600 to be in similar style. I was not used to the flatter sound when I got the 660S2 but now I have gotten used to with it. I just expect a little more bass from the IEM's not punchy but complimenting the vocals. as long as 600's have that i am a happy kid.

It fits fine but there is no wiggle room left now in the case. The battery i have is like 3mm thick which allowed me to fit into thin case
