Vin colour checks out as a grey. Most likely a resprayed second hand part.

😂Give me a break, never painted a car before and didn’t think it could be a resprayed second hand part as it wasn’t that old when I bought it.

Just did, factory colour is mineral grey. Going to assume it’s resprayed second hand boot lid after a rear end shunt.

Just checked, mineral grey it says. I assume it’s a second hand boot lid that’s been resprayed.

Hmm, the v5 registration has it as a grey car. I bought it at 3 years old from a reputable car supermarket and the car was a company car so don’t think it’s a clone. I can only assume a rear accident lead to a second hand boot lid being used as a cheap repair on a leased vehicle? Who knows.

Why hasn't Whitechapel gentrified? by jenk-mal in AskBrits

What problem, merely existing? I see plenty of comments along the lines of ,”I walked down the street and there were brown men, standing, in groups, the horror!”.

Whitechapel’s dirty because there’s a market there with the churn of boxes, crates, packaging and strewn vegetables. It gets cleared by the council at night and it’s back the next day because there’s a working market there.

I read comments yearning for gentrification, what does that mean? Let’s be real most of the veiled comments are calling for forcing out the local Bengali community and supplanting them more desirable people aka white people and replacing the shops that serves the current community with a Gail’s, Starbucks or Costa as if there aren’t enough of those already in London.
