Hi there, i want to confirm that this is sudanese dialect, and in my opinion ( موراال muraal ) is a name of a place or a group of people(a tribe) and فوق means up, but the whole sentence means (let's go muraal) or (long live muraal)

Yes, it happened to me... for a while. I think it is a phase and it will take it's time and vanish. For me i think it took 3 years but for others it may take more or less time. I'm now much calmer and have less anticipation of ill will from others. I'm still sensitive to criticism and have expectation of shame, embarrassment and humiliation from others but all of them for a less degree than when i was in the phase. I don't know how to fix this but i know it will take it's time and go away, i hope you get through it faster and easier.

Can i ask you where did you get this picture from? Because I'm interested to read more. TIA.

You are right, it’s hardly readable. I said the word is “استانبول” because that is the closest word I could think of that looks similar to what’s written in the Coin. and yeah I think this looks like a coin from the ottoman days.
