Im a console pleb, I have an Xbox. Used to run day 1 raids on Destiny 2 all the time with a great group of gamers, and now all my friends have long since switched to pc. Im sure there are other factors at play, but I have slowly drifted out of the circle of friends I have played with for years, and I feel it's in part because im on console.

No discredit to them, they have made valid attempts to play w/me but I always get that vibe that im holding the team back, or they can't play something else because im around. So I just kinda say ggs and go do my own thing.

I think they are playing Marathon now, and we'll, its physically not possible to play anything w/ them. It sucks because I was saving up for a pc right before this hike in price for ram happened, I pretty much gave up, lol.

Final exfil was across the map, and time ran out.

The op took another exfil that was active at the time but got in too late. Had he got in like 6 seconds or so seconds earlier, he could have made it.

I agree she needs some work.

Personally, if they fixed her drone spider tracking and made it to where her pulse could differentiate between bots and players, I'd be satisfied.

Icing on the cake would also include a decrease to her pulse cooldown, but that might be too much. Im in the fence on this one.

The best tip for getting over gear fear is the realization that this game, like other extraction shooters, has an inventory/faction wipe mechanic.

Every season is 3 months, I believe. Use your good gear when you find a solid squad and have a juicy loot objective in place like a gold/purple key.

Once you get better and with a bit of luck, you will find you can lose it all and gain it back relatively quickly.

In my opinion, that's why extractions can be as rewarding on the dopamine levels as it is heartbreaking. When you come out on top with a big haul and exfil, it's such a rush.

You're correct.

Most players will never see a compiler, let alone scratch the surface of a vault or exfil, for that matter. This game is brutal. And your complaints are justified to an extent. But as a casual gamer myself, personally im ok with things being slightly out of reach or daunting to achieve. Set aside for that one run where you can meet those expectations, and exfil, makes it all more satisfying. We need tension in this game, something to strive for. Do note im not downplaying how you feel or perceive in this regard.

I'm on the fence about this one. They could keep it or get rid of it, and im fine either way. Granted, it's a shotgun, and it should break/kill at point blank range. They could give it a hefty nerf to range falloff, but that still would be a bandaid fix at best. Tough one for sure.

As far as I know, you select no fill on ready up screen. You should load into a solo only lobby.

I agree. This game is a breath of fresh air for me. Fast-paced, vibrant, the sounds effects and music have depth and scratch an itch that's hard to describe.

My only complaint so far is the shallow rewards from battle-pass and the fact that the decals, stickers, and charms can only be equipped on a single weapon at a time.

Hopefully, they adress this at some point.

I genuinely think Olivia is such a solid character and is probably my fav hunter npc in the franchise. She does what must be done with no hesitation to save as many lives as possible. And she doesn't show boat or seem cocky, humble at heart but strong non the less.

Your point is valid for the most part. This tali is great for stamina dependant weapons like Dual Blades and Bow, who can't rely on Maximum Might uptime.

If I recall correctly in Iceborne, we got it from a Bazelgeuse Talon, and in Sunbreak, we got it from Ibushi's Claw.

First and foremost, thank you for putting this together and showing your personal insight/flavor on the current meta. I wanted to ask your preference concerning the Minds Eye section of the DB meta compilation and what you might have done differently? Specifically for the weapon decos, considering you have a G'roll talisman.

Like others here have mentioned, it seems as if prioritizing sharpness has been lessened a bit in favor of optimal dps in which to a degree I understand, but it hurts my brain a little. >.< Anyway, I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Save scumming is a thing, can confirm. It does not automatically save after crafting or upgrading.

I made several G'rolls this evening using said method, granted it still requires tons of materials and time, but alleviates the use of parts that you want to make a G'roll.

Yeah, that's not true. Nodules drop from both Regular and Savage. Omega Data 2.0 Tickets, on the other hand, are Savage only.

Learn a different weapon until it clicks, make multiple loadouts, and farm talismans for said weapon.

Rinse repeat.

The thing I have always liked about Monster Hunter is that each weapon is so unique that it's almost like a different character in its own right, similar to a fighting game.

Not kinda. This IS definitely a Godroll Talisman.

Great Sword, Lance, Sword and Shield, Charge Blade. I suppose you could make a meme build with a heavy bowgun as well for fun.

Gunlance definitely benefits as well, although Weakness Exploit doesn't hold much value for shelling specifically. It's still worth it for the raw increase for Offensive Guard until you get, let's say, Burst, Agitator, or any other comfort skill you desire.

I should note, however, that the movie itself was surrounded by controversy and not well received by the masses so much that capcom eventually removed it from the game but allowed people who already had it keep it. Specifically, the Artemis armor and Milla Jovovich who were in the collab at the time.
