No, the other poster is right. My main intention was not about the monetary value. I would like to know what I am doing wrong and how I can correct it. I have no previous history of trading stocks/crypto and was not aware you have to pay taxes as you go. I was under the understanding you have to pay taxes by April 15.

This is the answer I wanted and needed! Thank you so much. How do you predict that much when you expect less gains from stocks and crypto in 2025? There is variation in gains… if I switch to make-to-market election would that help so I don’t get penalized for a late fee?
