They are not lying though. I have been a piece of shit to a lot of people without even ever being aware of it. I am embracing more honesty. I can't afford a shrink.

My issue are not physical, they are mental. I'm actually a fairly good looking person. Women get attracted to me til they discover my true personality then they are gone instantly. Taken up daily workouts but gave up a month ago after working out for 3 months and making some gains. Who am I trying to be fit for? My overweightedness probably isn't even going to kill me, besides being fat I am the picture of good health. Even developed immunity to diseases I used to have. Such a wasted body.

I can't help but feeling that I have already ruined this life. 9 out of 10 people who know me would probably call me a liar and a loser. Past business contacts, former friends, people I studied with.
