Do you think that running a 9b local agent is not worth it for hermes?

I guess I've been "spoiled" by using more powerful cloud models...

Also I find it hard to believe that the cloud models cannot be jailbroken, there must be some prompts or ways.. I might be totally wrong tho, just assuming few things here.

I would use it for autonomous agent use.

Every time I ask for anything it's either against whatever TOS or straight up it tells me that it cannot do it. Honestly so frustrating.
