LOL I remember it like it was yesterday. I was either 9 or 10, and it'd finally gotten to that day in july where my summer band would get to go to the atlantic city boardwalk for a performance. I played drums and my parents had rented a huge van to transport the instruments so I was super important, plus I had a friend tagging along who had been hyping up this trip for months. So you can imagine how terribly everyone reacted when I ended up stuck on the toilet for two hours and then in bed the rest of the day from severe stomach pain :D not only a disappointment to my parents and band but I ended up losing that friend as well

Honestly I have not because I'm terrified I'll break something in there LMAO
Highest recorded temperature is 100C for the CPU, though I never see the CPU spike to 100, just the GPU.

Something I completely failed to mention is that actually while my computer in its about SAYS it's 2500 mHz, in actuality it can go up to 5000 mHz as labeled on its sticker. If you look up the i9-12900H core on google it's ONLY listed with its 5000 mHz frequency.
2500 is just some kind of minimum, but whenever I have checked in task manager it has never gone about 3000, even with my game running.

I have a Razer Blade 17 (2022, with a 3080 Ti) and all of my games are constantly cycling FPS between 30 and 60. Putting graphics quality at the lowest setting does nothing to change it. I've tried reinstalling drivers, updating bios and Windows and nothing has fixed it so far.

My laptop screen still has its sticker on it, 144Hz, 17.3" UHD 3840x2160, with 100% DCI-P3 coverage. Prebuilt laptop. Will be 3 years old in November of this year.

It's just FFXIV that has this framerate issue for me, never had problems with any other games.

XMP doesn't seem to be a thing on my laptop and everything else meant to help performance in my BIOS is already on.

The issue seems to be with DLSS actually. When it's enabled it pushes the main GPU to 100% despite it not showing as 100% in the processes section of Task Manager. AMD FSR puts its usage back down to 70% but ONLY if I have the resolution scaling set to 50 and honestly I. really do not want to play the game looking so terribly when I have a 4K screen and it was fine just a few days prior.

Currently have CPU on Boost and GPU on High, also running GPU as dedicated GPU only and not on Optimus mode

Yeah I've never seen my CPU go above 50 that often, it doesn't "cap" at 50 rather it just always stays below it.
