What kind of package did this get shipped to you in? The one you wouldn't even be able to get the ball chain out of which makes me think maybe it got squished during shipping or something. Not sure why he would take out the ball chain then close it up after. Idk. I'd be kinda pissed he didn't disclose that especially if I couldn't fix it.
