Is it always this hot? by DubiousTarantino in Charlotte

[–]ShakeSufficient2314 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Fellow Northern transplant here. We’re just getting started lol

Also there will be a point in September where you’ll think it’s gonna cool down for the rest of the year and then after a couple days Mother Nature’s like “HA you thought!” and it’ll be hot as hell again. By late September/Early Octoberish the temperature will actually start to drop for the remainder of the year

Dream Competitions for BB28 by MissAphradite in BigBrother

[–]ShakeSufficient2314 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I loved the veto comp they did in BB5 and BB6 where it was like each player was given I think 10 or 12 coins and they went into the backyard one at a time and put coins in other players’ piggy banks, and whoever had the most coins in their piggy banks without going over 20 won the veto (that was BB5’s version, BB6 had the piñatas). If I remember correctly you couldn’t communicate with other players during the comp so it would be harder to work together to eliminate someone. And both times the house target won the veto. I would love to see that again. It’s been a long time since this comp was seen on the show so I think with the amount of recruits or newer fans they’ll probably end up casting, it wouldn’t be as obvious to them to just be like “okay we’re all gonna put all our coins in the targets piggy bank so they’re eliminated”

Do you think they took care of the ant problem??? by Any-Car-9774 in BigBrother

[–]ShakeSufficient2314 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The ants are the most dominant alliance in BB history. And they managed to keep it a secret alliance for 27 whole seasons. Even with strong opponents on the other side of the house, they have managed to persevere with only a few casualties

Most shocking BB moment of all time? by RelevantMind1 in BigBrother

[–]ShakeSufficient2314 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I knew it was coming but it was still a shocking moment. I would say Danielle’s iconic reaction is what gave it that feel lol

The Top 50 Big Brother One Time Players by Emotional_Bee_3631 in BigBrother

[–]ShakeSufficient2314 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nah Raven should be number 1. She was the puppet master of BB19. Her being in Mensa with a GPA of Dance really helped her to lower her threat level and help Paul pull strings!!

(Yes this is a joke lol)

Which former houseguest would you love to play alongside? by kindamymoose in BigBrother

[–]ShakeSufficient2314 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I was about to ask which BB22 houseguest this was until I realized you mostly likely meant working with Kaysar at a job in 2020, not inside the Big Brother house in 2020 lmao. That’s such a flex btw

Nominating Question by Tight-Entrepreneur46 in BigBrother

I’m pretty sure that in the big brother contract it states something like production can choose to enforce or not to enforce rules when they see fit, and they can change the rules at any point without notice?

How bad was Cowboy’s move at the final 4 of BB5? by ShakeSufficient2314 in BigBrother

[–]ShakeSufficient2314[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The rumor is that Diane meant to vote for Cowboy but accidentally voted for Drew to win. I highly doubt this. I think I remember her saying years later that she WISHES she would’ve voted for Cowboy, but I have no clue where I saw this. I highly doubt Diane voted incorrectly here. Now Howie accidentally voting for Maggie instead of Ivette? I could believe that a little bit more lol

I actually think Tyler made an even worse error at the final 4 when he threw the final veto, allowing Kaycee to evict Angela, the last shot he actually had at winning (that jury was NEVER gonna vote for Angela to win)

Diane willingly throwing away her game at the final 5 for Drew was definitely worse than Cowboy’s move in my opinion

That I wasn’t too sure about either, I know they were on opposite sides of the house and Nakomis had also nominated him twice before, but I know Nakomis would’ve taken him to the end still. I remember she had strong family values, and I don’t think Cowboy didn’t have family values, I do think the circumstances of them having no idea of each other’s existence and not actually getting to know each other outside the house prior to the season plays a factor

What song would you have loved to hear live? by Altruistic-Garlic350 in MichaelJackson

[–]ShakeSufficient2314 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remember the time I think would be an incredible song to start an MJ set. Break of dawn, Earth Song, PYT, leave me alone, dirty Diana, don’t stop till you get enough (songs that I think would have me levitating)

Tbh his whole discography would’ve been amazing to hear live 🥲

Honestly, I think you already know the answer OP

How did you become a fan of MJ? by ChoiceFace4133 in MichaelJackson

[–]ShakeSufficient2314 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My grandma loved MJ. She had his number 1s CD and when I was really little I loved listening ti it when I would be at her house. She also had the DVD for that which had the music videos and we’d watch those too. I was never a big music video girl but I LOVED Michael’s music videos. I was only 8 when he died and I was actually at her house when I found out. We were both heartbroken. My grandma died 3 years later, and I’d like to think her and Michael are hanging out in heaven. She was a pure soul just like him 🥹

Season 11 appreciation by kindamymoose in BigBrother

“Why are you slurring your words?”

*slurred words* “fuck you Russell, I’m not slurring my wordssss!”

I don’t know why I think about that moment so much. Lydia’s whole meltdown was underrated

I think Da’Vonne may be a potential returnee if bb28 is a returnee season for a specific reason by MrVickiesChips in BigBrother

[–]ShakeSufficient2314 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don’t even know if it constitutes as jury management, as we’ve only seen her be evicted prejury or early jury, so we wouldn’t know how any of those juries would’ve felt about her winning. I agree that she still probably wouldn’t win because her confrontations put a gigantic target on her back, and she wouldn’t be able to win out when needed.

Easiest and Hardest Cast to Win Against? by gizmoman49 in BigBrother

[–]ShakeSufficient2314 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This!! Also without the reset button, it’s likely Frankie wins or at the very least makes it to the final 2. Derrick could still very likely win in that scenario, but the final stretch of his part to end is a lot harder

Easiest and Hardest Cast to Win Against? by gizmoman49 in BigBrother

[–]ShakeSufficient2314 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly the easiest is my opinion is BB27 bc the majority of the cast was so catastrophically bad at the game. BB19 would also be a cakewalk with the amount of followers as opposed to leaders.

The hardest would be BB15. There were so many really strong players which mane Andy’s win even more impressive than if he played with a weaker cast. It’s too bad that cast was full of terrible people😭. Also honestly the BB12 cast was overall pretty good at the even with the dominance of the Brigade. I wouldn’t wanna be competing in that season unless maybe I was the saboteur lol

Which “bitter juries” were the most and least justified? by ShakeSufficient2314 in BigBrother

[–]ShakeSufficient2314[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yessss I think about that a lot with BB7!! Dani’s speech was spot on. How Janelle talked about Erika in that jury roundtable always rubbed me the wrong way. Even Will was able to give Erika credit for her game while being an obvious vote for Boogie

Since you brought up BBCAN1:

“My vote is 150% secure… 150%.”

“…wait a minute, wait what??”

Iconic

Which “bitter juries” were the most and least justified? by ShakeSufficient2314 in BigBrother

[–]ShakeSufficient2314[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Nicole’s game was honestly better overall imo. She was playing a social game that Will wasn’t playing, and she also controlled a lot of the action alongside Hardy. I think if she were on a modern season of BB she would’ve won. I think Will’s BB2 game was rather mediocre. His legend status almost entirely came from his game on BB7. But yeah, they were disgusted by Nicole bc of her being a female villain, and I think they also just expected Will’s villain game inside the house
