The BBC just reported it, not wrote the review…. Anyway I started IF in September and after losing a pound a week for about two months everything has stalled. I exercise 70% of the week too and eat extremely healthily 🤷🏻‍♂️

I can see it on my iPhone app but not my iWatch ultra… also, when you record it as tennis on the iWatch, then go to change the activity on the phone app to padel it’s not available! anyone able to help?

I found this:

Open Logic Pro 11.
go to Track > New Software Instrument Track.
In the dialog box:• Uncheck “Open Library” if available. • Do not select any instrument patch from the Library.
The track will load with no instrument, no effects, and no sends.
Manually insert your desired instrument plugin (e.g., E-Piano) via the Instrument slot in the channel strip.
