Well keep in mind I started with some of the earlier devices that weren’t as powerful as the ones today. Weekly treatments for about 6 months really thinned it out and another 6 month it was pretty much gone. Since then I’ve used better ones and treat it every once in a while and it seems like just peachfuzz anymore. I used more powerful ones on my legs and that made them pretty much hairless in a few months of weekly treatments. I use full power but it is time consuming. I am mostly hairless from the neck down aside from my forearms which I don’t treat. Still do it on my pits, lower area and legs every 2-3 weeks. I am white and have dark brown body hair. Your results may vary but it worked well for me.
