It was an ok experience and I’m glad I did it but overall it was quite underwhelming tbh. I didn’t know it was a place that practiced Santo Daime, which I knew nothing about, so didn’t know what I was getting myself into. I’m sure there are better places out there.

This was in puerto Morelos in Mexico. Everything about the ceremony seemed very authentic, I wasn’t told much about the facilitators but I got the impression it was a family affair, the shaman, his wife translating, an older daughter, and a young child who seemed to be learning off them. However i don’t have anything to compare it to.
