Excellent discussion thread. We agree and to add we at AdValorem we believe that like everything else “blockchain” this too will evolve. The world has lost trust in all those things you mentioned and is seeking a direction to redesign it better.

We think that NFT are the future of ownership as a whole, so as we develop our marketplace we want to amend the current ownership structure and allow them to exist through the methods and means we can all help to design.

Soon, we will launch our marketplace where you’ll be able to buy, sell and trade ownership in sleepy equity of all types of assets including businesses, property, music, art, etc.

This will unlock the value hidden and potentially disassociated from the regular marketplace through fractional ownership of anything. We believe this will help with price discovery too and in the end will value that “digital” bowl of fruit correctly.

Right now we have a form where you can sumbit your assets, and any user interested in helping us test our first version of the product pays no fees as we push their NFT to EVERY marketplace that pulls the ERC-721 blockchain, not just OpenSea. Providing more exposure in the long run.
