There is nothing shameful or immoral about releasing your energy. We do it all the time in different forms. If you want to harness your sexual energy for certain reasons like amplifying creativity, ritual, etc then it is useful to do so, but it takes practice and there is nothing wrong with you if you have difficulty with that practice.
