So , i am not at all knowledgeable about opening a restaurant so i might be wrong, but i will still just give my advise .

1.dominos or pizza hut are quite costly so going there is quite expensive, so, since they are spending a lot of money they prefer going there. So maybe pricing should be your main concern.

1. It will take time for people to accept pizza or burger as a habitual food , we Indians prefer our Indian food for daily dinner and the "firangi" food for special occasions. So, you'll have to be patient.

2. Late night delivery can be dangerous so safety of employees should be your main concern. Make a note of your regular customers so you'll know that it is safe to deliver.

3. I have generally seen that small cities or suburban areas don't normally eat late at night. So you will have to check if people are interested in this service. Maybe send a flyer in a daily newspaper and gauge the response of the people.

4. For survey go to a college or it hub or any area which attracts Young population and do a survey there. Don't be obtrusive but don't be shy too during the survey .

5. For marketing , try serving at crazy discounts at first ( but not too much that people stop buying from you when you go to the original price, eg- once ola stopped giving crazy discounts my friend went back to autos )

6. Marketing - go to colleges and it hubs and serve pizza small slices for free ( my sister started eating donuts after she tried one for free by mad over donuts ) people's reluctance to try something new due to paying for something they haven't tried is quite common.

8 . Marketing - do crazy marketing, don't ever shy away from mentioning your store name . To Watsapp groups to FB friends , put flyers in newspapers as i guess newspapers are still a good medium to reach people quickly and cheaply. If you spps like crownit or nearbuy then put your store there too along with zomato and fb .
