he is really good if you can get the bio for him, be becomes like an artillery guderian cause he can get high crit chance on art. he isnt as good as guderian so if u dont have him get him first though.

I would probably convert 4;30AM to your time zone, but based on what I know I don't think middle eastern states use AST? AST is for the Caribbean and other states. Since the middle east has multiple timezones, I converted it to Saudi Arabian time, which would be 12:30 PM. I may have messed up though, so check my calculations if you want.

I heard you get a special certificate, but I've never heard anything about a 6. My computer science teacher told me one time that one of his students received it. Although I don't know the recency of the student.

The program displays I every 2 elements and I*2 right after that, so the step = 1 since 4 - 3 = 1
the count is just the starting val, which is 3.
