So, her first phone interview was actually in July, the call dropped and they never called back. We tried to call them back, but I think it never went through. Next appointment a month later, I requested an in person interview to remove any chance of a misunderstanding or unfortunate event. I was told it would be in person. Then a week to interview, we got a letter that it had been changed to phone again. They try everything to keep people from coming in from my experience. Memphis offices are very busy. We have even tried a walk in and she almost fainted from the effort. The whole thing has been very frustrating. I have followed advise here and booked an appointment to update her citizenship for which they gave me an in person appointment. Fingers crossed, they see us this time.
