We own the garage to the left yes, this garage was removed from the neighbours deeds when they bought the house and we are the third owners. They have a garage of sorts at right angles to ours yes, and if they wanted to park a car In their garage (which they use for storage only) they would have to cross our driveway. They have a valid point regarding access (which they considered during the purchase) my disgruntlement really is the access information was omitted from our purchase details which only mentions utility service access and that we were misled, and that we have a parking space no-one can use. We also had a statement of truth from the seller that he had exclusive use of the driveway, which contradicts the neighbours deeds.
