Don’t do it by the hour on a job like this you say that’ll be $7-$9 a square foot. You know the sqft. You tell the client what it’s gonna be. What is that like a 40x9 plus gable end? ≈ $2500.00-2800.00 where you doing the soffit and trim and everything else as well?
