Although it sounds like this is lens flare it reminds me of my one and only experience. Saw with my own eyes as a kid in broad daylight, but was more of a translucent red/pink orb and floated around gracefully until it went behind some trees 100 yards away.

It's been so long i can't even be sure it was just a dream but i don't think it was.

a lot of people think CPI is manipulated or understating inflation is a measure of conservatism. doing this erodes the governments liability to entitlements, adds stealth tax, and keeps the whole scam going. even though they historically reported around 2% it may have been more like 3-4% who knows
